1. DIGITAL SHOP & REFUND POLICY

All products sold on STL3DHub are digital STL files. Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the digital file link has been generated, accessed, or downloaded.

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital data and not a physical object.

2. USAGE LICENSES (PERSONAL vs. COMMERCIAL)

Upon purchase of a digital file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license based on the specific tier selected:

A. Standard (Personal) License:

• Permitted: You may print the models as many times as you wish for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• Prohibited: You may NOT sell, share, or redistribute the digital files. You may NOT sell physical 3D prints made from these files.

B. Commercial (Merchant) License:

• This license is only valid if you have purchased the specific "Commercial" or "Merchant" version of the product.

• Permitted: You may sell unlimited physical 3D prints of the model(s). You may use our product renders for marketing your physical listings.

• Prohibited: You may NOT sell, share, or redistribute the digital STL files in any format (modified or original).

• Attribution: Commercial sellers are requested to include the following credit in their physical product descriptions: "Design by STL3DHub — stl3dhub.com"

3. HARDWARE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

3D printing involves high temperatures, electricity, and moving parts. STL3DHub provides 3D printer specifications, technical guides, and STL files "as is."

• No Liability: STL3DHub shall not be held responsible for any damage to your 3D printing hardware, wasted materials (filament/resin), or personal injury resulting from the use of our digital files, slicing profiles, or technical guides.

• Merchant Responsibility: If you sell physical prints under a Commercial License, you are the manufacturer. You are solely responsible for the safety and quality of the physical items you produce and sell.

4. COOKIES
